Athlete Results
Box Hill LAC have implemented a totally digital recording system for all results.
Athletes will receive ribbons for achieving personal best performances, these will be written on & handed out by age group managers at the end of each event. (See Individual Results Tickets section below for more information).
After each competition day, all results are loaded into the Results HQ system so you can view, print your tickets, and create a results book if you wish. Track events are uploaded in bulk, however as the results for field events are manually updated it may take a few days for these results to show up. Please be patient, or volunteer to assist with this job!
To access the ResultsHQ system:
- Click on the ResultsHQ logo
- Enter your username & password OR click on the forgotten password link
- Follow the prompts
The username/email will be the same as the one you used to register with LaVic.
Individual Results Tickets
All athlete’s personal results are available online through Results HQ.
Field Events
Athlete’s field results will be recorded on the master results sheet and this information will be entered into the system after competition. Athletes can see their results on the master sheet at the time of the event. All results will be available online through Results HQ by Tuesday following competition.
Track Events
Track result tickets will be given to the Age Group Manager after each track event. Athletes can keep these tickets, they do not have to hand them in. Track results are also uploaded to Results HQ and will be available online.

Personal Bests
Age Group Managers will be handing our ‘PB Ribbons’ for track, field and jumps events. When an athlete’s previous best is exceeded, a ribbon can be rewarded. In most cases this can be done following the event. When an athlete have achieved three PB ribbons they can take their ribbons to the canteen to receive a small reward.
