| Registrar | The Registrar is responsible for ensuring all athletes are properly registered with the Centre and the LAVIC. Maintaining records and providing reports to committee. | Rosslyn Starick |

| Equipment officer | Responsible for the storage, acquisition and maintenance of all equipment owned by the Centre. | Alan Bertacco |
| Arena Manager | Responsible for the efficient running of competition days, ensuring that Parents and athletes enjoy their experience. | Jason, Wayne, Steve |
| Competition Manager | Provide technical leadership for BHLAC competition days. Ensuring all events are managed in accordance with competition rules and that all support roles (Age group managers, officials, parent helpers, etc) have the knowledge to run their respective events. | Sherrie Boulter |
| Parent Support Manager | Responsible for coordinating the Parent Support roster and ensuring that all events or roles are adequately filled on competition days. | Diane Tsatas plus support |
| Canteen Manager | Responsible for the efficient running of the Centre’s canteen. As with many non-profit organisations, the operation of the canteen is a key factor to the raising of revenue for the continued operation and improvement of the Centre. | Vacant |
| Coaching Coordinator | The Coaching Coordinator is responsible for the development of the centre’s mid week training program and will work with a team of coaches to deliver training for BHLAC registered athletes. . | Steve Cain |

Manager |
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating BHLAC’s participation in Track and Field and Multi Championships. The role works closely with committee, EMR and LAVic to ensure all requirements of participation are met. | Monique Du Chateau |

| Fundraising & Social Coordinator | The Fundraising/Social Coordinator is responsible for developing and overseeing the Centre’s fundraising activities along with developing initiatives that can enhance social engagement among members. | Vacant |
| Sponsorship & Grants officer | The Sponsorship and Grant officer is responsible for identifying and applying for grants that may be available to the centre. In addition the role is focussed on developing a community sponsorship program that helps build awareness and raise funds for the centre. | Vacant |
