President Principal leader responsible for the Centre’s administration and service delivery. The President also acts as the Chairperson for all meetings and oversee the implementation of the operational plan. Steve Taylor
Vice President Key leadership role providing support to the President along with the  leadership and management of the centre’s competition program. See ‘Competition Manager’ Sherrie Boulter
Treasurer Responsible for the management of the centre’s financial resources, including the accurate recording of all income and expenses and development of budgets. Vacant
Secretary The Secretary is one of the first contact points for members and outside parties wishing to communicate with the centre. Maintaining the center’s credentials and accreditation requirements is also an important part of this role Kerryn Stirling
Registrar The Registrar is responsible for ensuring all athletes are properly registered with the Centre and the LAVIC. Maintaining records and providing reports to committee. Rosslyn Starick
Cross Country Team Manager Responsible, with the assistance of the general committee, for the organisation and running of the Centre’s cross country season. Summer Nelson

Equipment officer Responsible for the storage, acquisition and maintenance of all equipment owned by the Centre. Alan Bertacco
Arena Manager Responsible for the efficient running of competition days, ensuring that Parents and athletes enjoy their experience. Jason, Wayne, Steve
Competition Manager Provide technical leadership for BHLAC competition days. Ensuring all events are managed in accordance with competition rules and that all support roles (Age group managers, officials, parent helpers, etc) have the knowledge to run their respective events. Sherrie Boulter
Parent Support Manager Responsible for coordinating the Parent Support roster and ensuring that all events or roles are adequately filled on competition days. Diane Tsatas plus support
Canteen Manager Responsible for the efficient running of the Centre’s canteen. As with many non-profit organisations, the operation of the canteen is a key factor to the raising of revenue for the continued operation and improvement of the Centre. Vacant
Coaching Coordinator The Coaching Coordinator is responsible for the development of the centre’s mid week training program and will work with a team of coaches to deliver training for BHLAC registered athletes. . Steve Cain
On Track Skills Training Coordinator Responsible for the planning and delivery of the weekly ‘on track’ sessions for u6 & u7. A program delivered during regular BHLAC Sunday competition Jon Seddon
Merchandise Manager Responsible for the development, sale and monitoring of uniform and other merchandise for the centre. Ensuring compliance and profitability. Vacant
Centre Awards Officer The Centre Awards Officer is responsible for organising all medals, trophies ribbons or certificates awarded to athletes throughout the season. Vacant
Marketing and Comms Manager The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the effective engagement of BHLAC members and external community.  The role is focussed on the acquisition of new members and the retention of existing Summer Nelson
Website Manager The website Manager is responsible for providing up to date information to members via the Centre’s website and associated applications. The role works hand in glove with the Marketing and Communication Manager Vacant
Track & Field

Manager

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating BHLAC’s participation in Track and Field and Multi Championships. The role works closely with committee, EMR and LAVic to ensure all requirements of participation are met. Monique Du Chateau
Relay Manager Responsible for overseeing and coordinating BHLAC’s participation in Relay championships and the delivery of Box Hill Relay Day.. The role works closely with committee, EMR and LAVic to ensure all requirements of participation are met. Rodger Akse
Fundraising & Social Coordinator The Fundraising/Social Coordinator is responsible for developing and overseeing the Centre’s fundraising activities along with developing initiatives that can enhance social engagement among members. Vacant
Sponsorship & Grants officer The Sponsorship and Grant officer is responsible for identifying and applying for grants that may be available to the centre. In addition the role is focussed on developing a community sponsorship program that helps build awareness and raise funds for the centre. Vacant
Inclusion officer Responsible for planning and delivering initiatives that lead to the inclusion of members with disabilities and members from diverse cultural backgrounds. Vacant
IT/Timing Officer Responsible for the setup and management of all computer and related digital equipment. Including track timing on competition days Vacant
Inter Club liaison Officer The Inter Club Liaison Officer is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship between the Box Hill Little Athletics Centre and the Box Hill Athletics Club Pia Hunter
Member Engagement Officer Responsible for the upkeep of the centre’s social media sites/apps. Providing fresh and engaging content on a regular basis. Vacant
Event specialty Coaches Providing support to athletes and parents in areas of track and field competition where there is often questions about how an event is run and the skills required to be performed by the athlete. Past athletes – Young adults
